LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CIM Group announced today that it has welcomed Michael Turner to its infrastructure team in the position of Managing Director, Investments.
Michael Turner brings 16 years of experience working in all aspects of infrastructure investing including a strong background in transportation and logistics. He joins as CIM Group is expanding its infrastructure investment platform, with plans to invest heavily in growing its infrastructure team to support the company’s advancement in this burgeoning sector.

Prior to joining CIM Group, Mr. Turner served as Managing Director, BAES Infrastructure at Buckeye Partners L.P. During his tenure, he served on the board of Swift Current Energy LLC.
Mr. Turner also held the position of Managing Director at Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners where he grew his experience in the transportation sector. He also served as Senior Vice President at Macquarie Group where he was an active contributor to sourcing and executing transactions and managing assets.
