Infinedi Hires Henry Hemaya

 

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Infinedi Partners, LP (“Infinedi”), a private equity firm focused on founder-owned businesses, announced today the hiring of Henry Hemaya as a Vice President and Head of Business Development. Mr. Hemaya will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying new investment opportunities, relationship management, and leading the firm’s overall business development efforts.

Prior to joining Infinedi, Mr. Hemaya was a Director of Business Development at Diversis Capital, an operationally focused private equity firm with more than $1 billion of AUM. While at Diversis he was responsible for deal origination, founder, intermediary and corporate relationship management as well as supporting portfolio company M&A strategy.

Mr. Hemaya has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Applied Finance from Pepperdine University.
