Dissertation to Publication Workshop support ushers multiple doctoral graduates into author status with articles in peer-reviewed journals
PHOENIX–(BUSINESS WIRE)–University of Phoenix College of Doctoral Studies celebrates the success of doctoral students and graduates being published as a result of participating in the popular Dissertation to Publication workshop series, led by Mansureh Kebritchi, Ph.D., chair, Center for Educational and Instructional Technology Research (CEITR). Between April 2024 and April 2025, a total of 16 authors reported publishing 11 articles based on their doctoral dissertations at University of Phoenix. Overall, 194 authors have reported publishing articles in peer-reviewed journals with the support of the Dissertation to Publication workshop.

The Dissertation to Publication Workshop is a four-month web-based workshop that teaches the art of developing a publishable manuscript based on a dissertation and supports the participants in submitting their manuscripts to peer-reviewed journals. The workshop focuses on the process and the finished product – a publishable manuscript. The Dissertation to Publication Workshop is offered in winter and fall semesters. Participants can register in January and August through the College of Doctoral Studies.
