BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Adam W. Jacobs has rejoined Riemer & Braunstein LLP as a partner and a group leader of our Business Law/Real Estate Department.

Prior to re-joining Riemer & Braunstein, LLP, Adam was a Partner at Mirick O’Connell, and he previously served as General Counsel to United Site Services, a private equity portfolio company with operations in over 33 states with over 3,700 employees. Before joining United Site Services, Adam was a senior partner with Riemer & Braunstein, LLP in Boston for many years.
