She has successfully launched and scaled teams from early-stage startups to larger enterprises, leading to successful exits throughout her career. This has involved transforming go-to-market strategies to drive predictable revenue growth.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Susan serves as a mentor and advisor at Rework Training, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating talent pipelines for tech sales roles. Through this work, she helps underrepresented minorities develop the skills needed to excel in technology sales careers.

Notably, David architected and implemented the comprehensive leadership curriculum for the esteemed Corps of Cadets at West Point.

As a senior executive and consultant, David has empowered organizations globally by designing leadership programs that foster innovation and drive growth. He holds a Master’s in Adult and Continuing Education and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
