Ahead of the U.N. meetings, President Biden hosted the leaders of Australia, India and Japan at his Delaware home for the final Quad summit of Biden’s presidency.
The meeting came just days after Deputy Secretary of State Kurt Campbell testified that China has become “the most significant challenge” the U.S. has ever faced.
