Schoeman, Kramer Levin’s co-managing partners. “He has an impressive track record as a thoughtful, creative and client-focused lawyer with a stellar reputation. It is our pleasure to welcome him to the firm, and we are confident that he will add valuable depth to our team as we position the firm for the opportunities expected to be generated by the global firm after our combination has been completed.”
