New updates to h2oGPTe accelerate enterprise adoption of Sovereign AI—secure, auditable, and built for scale, debuted at Dell Technologies World 2025
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–H2O.ai, the leading open-source Generative AI and Predictive AI platform, announced new features for its flagship enterprise platform, h2oGPTe, at Dell Technologies World 2025. The updates strengthen H2O.ai’s integration with the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA, helping enterprises deploy Sovereign AI—secure, production-ready, and customer-controlled—across use cases like fraud, customer service, and risk operations.
Built for real-world enterprise environments, h2oGPTe gives teams full control over how AI is deployed and used—whether in private cloud, on-premises, or hybrid setups. These updates, including support for RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), are particularly relevant for banks, telecoms and governments seeking compliant, controllable, and cost-efficient AI systems.
New Features
Secure Integration with Amazon Bedrock: H2O Managed Cloud now integrates with Amazon Bedrock, letting users securely connect the H2O Agentic AI platform to foundation models hosted in their own VPC, like Bedrock, over private connections. This gives enterprises full data and model control while supporting large-scale LLM rollouts.
H2O Agents Available for Hybrid Customers: On-prem and cloud users now have access to the latest h2oGPTe with support for Agentic deep research and automation, integration with predictive AI such as H2O Driverless AI, role-based access control, and improved guardrails and PII detection.
Enhanced User Experience via Unified Interface: A new integrated workspace connects users across products
“Our collaboration with Dell Technologies and NVIDIA continues to unlock real value for our enterprise customers by combining the best in AI infrastructure and innovation,” said Sri Ambati, CEO and Founder of H2O.ai. “With h2oGPTe, we’re delivering Sovereign AI for enterprises—secure, production-ready GenAI that puts businesses in full control of their data, models, and outcomes. It’s faster, more precise, and built to deliver real-world impact.”
The h2oGPTe platform integrates seamlessly into the Dell AI Factory ecosystem, advancing H2O.ai’s vision of Sovereign AI for businesses, where customers distill and fine-tune models and run GenAI securely on infrastructure they control. By combining Dell’s scalable infrastructure with H2O.ai’s state-of-the-art AI capabilities, enterprises can confidently scale mission-critical applications, like AI copilots and knowledge assistants, on infrastructure they own and trust.
