WASHINGTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is actively investigating the Trionfo Solutions, LLC (“Trionfo”). This breach has affected 65,787 individuals and their personal information according to the data breach notice filed by the company.
The Trionfo data breach was first discovered on January 2, 2024. Trionfo learned that an unauthorized user had gained access to its computer systems where it stored personally identifiable information relating to its consumers. It was revealed that the Trionfo data breach occurred between December 4, 2023, to December 6, 2023, where the hacker acquired consumer files containing the previously mentioned sensitive data.
The information accessed by hackers includes names, addresses, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, phone numbers, and email addresses of customers.
Trionfo Solutions, LLC has recently started alerting affected individuals of these breaches through a mailed notice letter. All of the information stolen is likely valuable and dangerous to affected victims. In previous data breaches, victims of data theft have noticed identity theft attempts ranging from fraudulent charges on bank accounts or credit cards, to unauthorized credit card applications, to medical services or government services ordered in their name, to their information being posted on the dark web, to a massive uptick in the number of spam text messages, calls and emails received.
