Search for Hispanic Professionals to Lead CHL Local Market Chapters

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – As the Hispanic workforce, consumer purchasing power, and small business owners in the United States continue to exponentially rise, the community at large is in need of authentic Hispanic leaders who can lead the new America.
As the only Hispanic talent and business development institute of its kind in the nation, the Center for Hispanic Leadership, is equipped to fully meet this need by providing culturally-relevant training and thus cultivating executive-level Hispanic professionals. With local area market institute chapters now in place and thriving in Dayton, OH and Atlanta, GA, CHL is actively recruiting Hispanic professionals to launch and lead new chapters across the U.S.
“In today’s fiercely competitive global marketplace, CHL acts as a catalytic agent to accelerate Hispanic professionals’ career trajectory,” explains Glenn Llopis, CHL founder, business executive, and author who regularly writes for Forbes, Huffington Post and the Harvard Business Review. “Through our unique online training platform, Hispanic Leadership Academy, we demonstrate in easy, effective, and culturally-relevant ways how Hispanics can leverage their cultural capital as a differentiator in the workplace and become leaders in their own right.”
While U.S. Hispanic professionals are seeking to discover their full potential in the workplace, they are not moving up the corporate ladder and into leadership roles fast enough. Often, this is due to the fact that Hispanics, under corporate culture and peer pressure, choose to downplay their cultural roots and assimilate – believing this to be the right path to career advancement. CHL’s research shows that Hispanics are underserved in professional development that focuses on leveraging their cultural heritage.
“Opportunity is all around us, yet few act upon it,” says Marisa Salcines, CHL Atlanta Chapter President, who readily accepted the role last fall and has since, been interviewed by broadcast media such as Telemundo, Univision, and CNN en Español as well as local print outlets.  “The same can be said about assuming the role of President of a local chapter for the Center for Hispanic Leadership. While many may be successful in their own right, by associating your personal brand with a credible, thought-leader such as CHL, in turn, your brand is consequently elevated.”
«The CHL Institute provides a convenient, easy to follow approach to business skills using the latest in adult education technology. In today’s highly competitive world, these skills are necessary to accelerate the success of Hispanic entrepreneurs and professionals as well as corporations and entities seeking business opportunities with the fast-growing Hispanic market in the USA. Well done!»
In the current society, Hispanics’ authentic voice in positions of influence are still lacking across all sectors such as government, media, and business.  The CHL Chapter Presidency position affords bright, determined, and passionate individuals the opportunity to be discovered and to lead a most dynamic and revolutionary concept to lift Hispanics to new heights.
«CHL provides a wealth of knowledge to help elevate Hispanics to new heights of success in America,» says Rafi Rodriguez, CHL Ohio Chapter President who has forged an alliance with the Ohio Latino Affairs Commission and will be co-hosting the 1st Annual Hispanic Workforce and Economic Development Summit on November 7, 2013 in Columbus, Ohio.  “CHL’s reputable brand, world-class leadership content and passionate pursuit to advance Hispanic professionals, business-owners and young entrepreneurs makes the CHL Presidency’s an extremely rewarding experience that opens new doors of opportunity daily!.”
In the new stage that is being set in America, CHL challenges all Hispanic professionals to leverage their Hispanic culture and heritage to advance both professionally and personally. See the opportunity, and seize it. Do you have what it takes to step into the spotlight and shine? Build your leadership legacy today.
