The Rowe Fund Student Loan Program of the Organization of American States (OAS) is offering scholarships for Peruvian women (holding F-1 or J-1 visas) to help finance their higher education in the DC metropolitan area (The Mac Lean Scholarship Fund). Completed applications are due by November 15th, 2012, and will be evaluated by the Rowe Fund committee on the basis of merit and need.
