The Hispanic Democratic Club of Montgomery County (HDC) announces its endorsements for Maryland Statewide and Montgomery County Offices. HDC’s endorsement process is based on the examination of candidates’ track record of effective leadership and an evaluation of responses to our Candidate Questionnaires which addressed current issues that impact the best interest of our community.
