Over 100 innocent victims of El Salvador’s «Regimen de Exception» have already died and thousands are being held without any proof of crimes nor a fair and transparent judicial process. We’re also kicking a campaign against the illegal re-election of President Buckle into high gear.
“We want to urge our Congressional Representatives to speak out against the critical situation Salvadorans are currently living in. It is important to counter misleading propaganda and to protect democracy by holding El Salvador’s government accountable for the harm they are causing the Salvadoran people, causing many to emigrate to the U.S.”, according to a press release.
Hundreds of Pro-Democracy Salvadoran and Latino Organizations and Activists are demonstrating on Friday, September 15 at 2:30 pm to remember the innocent victims of the ongoing «State of Exception», to defend human rights and democratic values in El Salvador, and to the fight against the unconstitutional re-election of Nayib Bukele.
